Presentation and Evaluation.

Presentation.

Here is my infographic. This is the unreal engine 4 render.

Evaluation.

What do I like about my infographic?

I like how the lighting looks when I render in 3DS max.

I like the grass I used but it does slow down the render.

I like all the small details that I put in like the health and safety signs.

I like the level of detail i put into the scene.

What don’t I like about me infographic?

I do not like how it came out in unreal engine, all the lighting is off and some in some areas it gets blurry.

I do not like how the camera does not stop at some of the signs, it would be better if I made it stop.

What was my plan?

My plan was to make an infographic about roller coaster safety systems, in my original plan I planned to look into 2 different areas anti roll back system and roller coaster lap bars. In my final peace I decided to remove the part about roller coaster lap bars and just focused on anti-roll back system. In my plans for the anti-roll back system part I have decide to look in to two different types for two different roller coaster types, a standard chain lift anti-roll back and a launch coaster anti-roll back. For the most part this when to plan.

Did my infographic fulfill its purpose?

My infographic is about the different types of anti-roll back. In my infographic it shows the different types of anti-roll back as well as how they work. I have also put some signs that explain how it all works. From my user feedback

What did over people think about my infographic?

From all of my feedback I got a lot of comments about what people liked and did not like.

Some of the things people liked where:

animation and detail.

models are really impressive.

camera movements.

Some of the things people did not like where:

The camera did not stop for long enough at some of the sign.

lighting could be adjusted slightly.

From all of my feedback I have made some changes. In my feedback I posted two screen shots of renders from 3DS mas and unreal engine and ask witch screen shot was better, I found that the 3DS max was the best.

How could I reuse some of my models?

All of the models that I made where made with the idea of all being moshulu so that I could move the model around if I needed to.

For the models of the roller coaster, I can back them up into small parts and use the parts to build a different roller coaster.

For the model of the work shop all I would need to do is add a floor.

If I was to redo this project what would I change?

If I was to redo this project again, I would not change much. If I was to change anything it would be to render it in 3DS max and not unreal engine, but if I could not I would have started to work in unreal engine at an earlier stage just so I could get the light to look better.

If I could redo this project, I would add more details for example I would put some rust on the roller coaster track where to wheels move on the track.

If I was to redo this project I would look into putting in some particle effect and sun rays.

What would I do if I had more time on this projects I would add?

If I had more time, I would add more details like tool boxes and different types of tool.

If I had more time, I would render it in 3Ds max and not unreal engine.

If I had more time, add some sounds, like hydraulic pistons.

If I had more time, I would try to put an animal in the screen for example a bird that will fly away.
